"Looks great, but not great in real rain"
Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like this bag. It looks nice and feels sturdy, but the water resistance was a letdown. I got stuck in steady rain for about 20 minutes, and a few things inside ended up damp. Nothing was completely soaked, but for the price, I expected it to hold up better. It’s probably fine for a light drizzle, but I wouldn’t trust it in actual rain
"Smart everyday backpack, but not cheap"
I picked up a Mission Workshop backpack because I wanted something clean-looking that could handle my daily commute without feeling overdesigned. For me, the best part is how practical the layout feels in real life, the pockets are in spots I naturally reach for, and the bag doesn’t get floppy or awkward when it’s only half packed.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the price is definitely on the higher side, and the shipping took longer than I was expecting. That said, it feels like a bag designed by people who actually understand everyday use, so I can see why people stick with the brand.

"Sizing felt off for me"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way tighter than I expected. Kind of a hassle to return, lol.

"Shipping was kind of a letdown"
I ordered from missionworkshop.com, and the shipping was hit or miss, mostly miss in my case. The product seems nice, but I waited way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really help much. Maybe they’re great if you’re not in a rush, but the slow delivery definitely annoyed me

"Trying to return this was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I ordered the item thinking it would be a simple purchase, but when I tried to return or exchange it, the whole thing turned into a headache. The instructions weren’t very clear, and the process felt slow and confusing from the start. I don’t mind jumping through a step or two, I mean, I once spent an entire afternoon figuring out how to assemble a bookshelf with missing screws, so my patience isn’t exactly zero, but this was just annoying. Support wasn’t much help either, and it felt like I kept getting vague answers instead of an actual solution. Giving 1 star because returning something should not be this difficult.

"Warranty support really dragged on"
I reached out about the warranty issue and it took weeks just to hear anything back. It’s still not fixed, which kind of makes you wonder how seriously they’re handling these claims.

"Looks great, but the wait was annoying"
I really like the clean, modern style, and it looks great in person. It does feel a bit pricey for what it is, though, and I got frustrated waiting for it to arrive

"I bought a Mission Workshop bag a few..."
I bought a Mission Workshop bag a few months back, the materials feel super solid. The fabric is thick, the zippers don’t feel flimsy at all, and it’s handled rainy days way better than I expected.
At first it did feel a bit stiff, and heavier than I thought it would be? Not a dealbreaker, but I definitely noticed it. After using it every day for a while, though, it loosened up a little and became more comfortable.
Overall, I’m happy with it! It’s not exactly cheap, but it feels like one of those bags that’s going to stick around for years... so for me, the quality makes it worth it.

"I’ve had this backpack for about 2..."
I’ve had this backpack for about 2 years now, and it still looks really solid, it does. The zippers are all working fine too, which I’m happy about. I took one star off though because the fabric, on it, scuffs a little bit here and there.

"Solid bag with a really practical layout"
I picked up a bag from missionworkshop.com after seeing a few people mention how well the organization works, i get why. The pocket layout is really sensible, so my laptop, charger, keys, and all the random little things I carry don’t end up in one messy pile.
The only small thing I’d change is making one of the inside pockets a bit bigger, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall I’m happy with it, and it definitely feels like a good daily carry bag. Curious if other people who have it use the pockets the same way or have a better setup

"Just too pricey for me"
So... I really wanted to like Mission Workshop, and I can see why some people are into their stuff, but the price was hard for me to get past.
The bag itself feels fine and seems well made, but it didn’t feel special enough to justify what it costs. I’ve used cheaper bags that handled my day-to-day needs just as well.
Maybe it’s worth it for someone who really cares about the brand or specific features, but for me, it just didn’t add up. At this price, I expected a lot more.

"Nice bag, with a small flaw"
Overall, the bag feels sturdy and the stitching looks clean for the most part. I did expect the finish to be a little nicer for the price, though—one spot around the zipper looks kind of rough. But it’s not a huge deal and the bag is still totally usable. Just not quite as polished as I hoped.

"Not comfy enough for every day"
I really wanted to like this, but the straps felt stiff and started digging into my shoulders almost right away. I wore it for one short walk and by the end I just wanted to take it off. Not something I'd reach for daily, unfortunatly.

"Slow customer service and changing terms"
Customer service took ages to get back to me, which was already frustrating. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change along the way, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect anymore.
